Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, like sales or launches, please allow a little extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service, but typically range from 7–21 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method. We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $150 AUD.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your comfee package every step of the way.
