No worries—we offer store credit for items returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving your order. This gives you the chance to find something you truly love! 💖
Received a Faulty Item?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we're so sorry—that’s not the Comfee Co standard. In this case, we're happy to offer a full refund or a replacement item. Just send us a clear photo and get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order so we can sort it out swiftly.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate items—please check individual product descriptions.
